What follows is Public Citizens for Children and Youth’s summary and analysis of key data pertinent to nearly 70,000 Chester County students. Numbers alone cannot tell the complete story of Chester County schools, but the data can provide a clearer picture of educational strengths and opportunities in the County. Specifically, our intention is to inform County efforts to
support districts in their quest to provide students with a quality education.
