Please join us in welcoming Lynn Marks, Executive Director of the Pennsylvanians for Modern Courts. PMC is a statewide nonpartisan court reform organization, currently supporting House Bill 1848 – a Merit Selection Proposal. We enthusiastically welcome her ! We hope you will too!! The League has supported Merit Selection since 1949. We certainly don’t let the time factor deter us from our goals do we?
The urgency for change in the judicial selection system becomes more and more critical as the infusion of unlimited amounts and sources of money drives our elections.
