National Juvenile Justice Week Forum was held Oct. 5th at Westminster Presbyterian Church, West Chester. Laurie Shannon-Bailey, MS, is chair of the LWVCC Juvenile Justice Committee, and facilitated the forum. Dr. Pam Gray, LWVCC president, is on the committee.
