This is the League of Women Voters Non-Partisan Voters Guide for the 2019 General Election on Tuesday, November 5, 2019

The following Voter Guide contains candidate information for the state and county level candidates.

There will be a Ballot Question that proposes an amendment to the Pennsylvania Constitution (please see our post on Marsy’s Law).

Judicial Retention is also on the ballot and you’ll have a chance to vote to retain a judge or not to retain a judge.

Visit Chester County Voter Services’ Sample Ballot page. The sample ballot contains all the candidate names (state, county, municipal) that will be on your ballot Nov. 5.

Polls are open continuously between the hours of: 7:00 A.M. and 8:00 P.M. on Tuesday, Nov. 5.
